Tell Us the Machine and the Length
A bandsaw blade off a distributor's shelf is somebody else's standard, close to your machine's length, or padded to the nearest stock size. We cut from coil and weld to your dimension, so the blade you get is the blade your saw was designed to run. Give us the machine model or loop length, the width and gauge your guides take, and the tooth pitch for your stock, and we'll return the blade welded, finished, and ready to track.

The economical workhorse for wood and general-purpose cutting, sharp, flexible, and easy to replace on a schedule.

High-speed-steel tooth tips on a fatigue-resistant back for metal cutting and mixed-duty saws that eat carbon blades.

Hardened backing steel for higher beam strength and straighter cuts in resaw and production duty.
Welded Here, Serviced Here
The weld is the blade's weak point, and ours are made in-house, ground flush, and inspected before the blade ships, not dropped in a box from a warehouse. And because the shop that welded your blade is the same shop that sharpens band saw blades every day, service is one conversation:
when a blade dulls, or a weld ever lets go, it comes back to the people who made it, on the same truck route as everything else.
The Brands We Stand Behind

The Frank's Difference
Tell us the machine and the length — you're not buying somebody else's standard.
Send the machine model, width, gauge, and pitch; we'll cut, weld, and ship it ready to run.
