How it works

  1. Send it in: hand your tooling to our route driver, drop it at the shop, or mail it in from anywhere.

  2. We sharpen it: CNC precision grinding, filtered oil, and hand inspection on every item.

  3. Back to work: Returned on the next route run or shipped straight back to your door.

Why Frank's

Why Shops Choose Frank's

Get to Know Us

  • Since 1997, nearly three decades of sharpening for workshops.

  • CNC precision, machine-ground geometry, not freehand.

  • Filtered oil, cooler grinding, longer-lasting edges.

  • Every item inspected; a person checks every edge before it ships.

The Frank's Philosophy

A professionally resharpened blade or tool should always cost you significantly less than buying new. And a good blade can be resharpened two, three, or more times, so the savings add up with each cycle.

That's our rule, not a pitch. When your tools come in, we inspect them first.
If sharpening and tooth replacement don't pencil out against buying new, we don't do it. We call you, tell you why, and send it back, or scrap it for you if you decide to replace.

Straight answers on what's worth sharpening, cleaner cuts on the shop floor, and less money going out the door on new tooling.
