Frank's Industrial Sharpening has kept shops across Florida and beyond cutting clean for decades, and as we grow, we're looking for people who take pride in doing things right: self-starters, hands-on problem solvers, and teammates who show up for each other and our customers every day.
We believe in honest work. If a blade isn't worth sharpening, we tell the customer so. If a job's worth doing, it's worth doing precisely. That's how we treat our tools, our customers, and our people.
