and it comes back to the shop that designed it. Every Nail Wizard is resharpenable here. CNC-ground on continuously filtered oil, tips
re-brazed when steel contact takes one off, and the original geometry restored so the blade behaves the same after every service.

When a blade comes back, we know what it is, what it was ground to, and what it's been cutting
14″ × 24T × 1″ arbor. The compact end of the line for smaller dismantling and cut-off saws.
Nail Wizard 16″
16″ × 30T × 1″ arbor. The mid-size workhorse for pallet dismantlers and recycling saws.
18″ × 36T, available in 1″ and 1‑1/8″ arbors. Full-size blades for the biggest dismantling and trim saws in the yard.

Built for Impact, Not for Finish
A nail-cutting blade is a different animal: heavier plate, tougher carbide, and a grind that survives contact with steel and keeps cutting wood afterwards. Frank developed this line because the blades on the market either cut clean and shattered, or survived and stopped cutting.
The Nail Wizard does neither; it takes the hit and keeps working.
If your operation breaks down pallets, processes crates, or runs reclaimed and recycled lumber, embedded fasteners aren't a risk you manage — they're the material itself. A standard carbide blade loses tips on the first nail and gets pulled from service. A Nail Wizard is engineered from the plate out for exactly that contact, which means fewer blade changes, fewer surprises mid-shift, and a lower cost per cut on the ugliest stock in the yard.
